Sometimes while using paid WiFi you are required to land on any page to get to the payment website. The problem is that you can not load secured website (i.e. using the HTTPS protocol) and it became somewhat challenging to find a unsecured website in 2017. This website will never redirect you to HTTPS version of itself, feel free to use it to make sure you are online or to land on the paid WiFi sign in page.
